Hi, I'm Nicole.

I've become increasingly interested in the strange gap in the way we think about becoming better, and what we think makes a better life.

We're surrounded by advice, apps, books, podcasts and a narrative around self-development.

  • How to become healthier.

  • More productive.

  • More resilient.

  • More successful.

(And it's valuable stuff.)

But there's a problem.

We don't experience life in isolation, almost everything we do is in one way or another connected to someone else. We live alongside partners, children, parents, friends and the people we call family.

So I've started wondering:

What is self-development is only half the story?

What if we thought about development not just as something that is important for the individual, but actually quite key to the collective success of people, families and teams?

That's what I'm exploring through MOJARO.

I'm interested in family, relationships, habits, human behaviour, teams, purpose and the small things we can do to build better lives together.

I don't have all the answers.

I'm trying to find better questions.

This website is where I write them down, I'm entirely open-minded as to where this leads.
